Export your training from Hevy or Strong as a CSV file and open it in Tarvo. Tarvo imports workouts, exercises and sets, and sets real targets from your history starting with your first workout.
In three steps
- In Hevy or Strong: export your workouts as a CSV file in Settings.
- In Tarvo: tap Import and choose the file.
- Done: Tarvo matches your exercises and sets your first target.
What comes along
- Every workout with date, exercises, weights and reps.
- Warm-up sets, marked as such.
- Your effort, if you logged it as RPE.
- Weights in kg or lb. Strong doesn’t write the unit into the file, so Tarvo asks once.
Import the same file twice and Tarvo won’t create duplicates.
When Tarvo doesn’t know an exercise
Tarvo matches the names from Hevy and Strong to its own exercises. Anything it doesn’t recognize, Tarvo shows once, all together: you pick the right exercise or keep the name as a custom exercise.
Real targets from your first workout
For every exercise, your last workout is the starting point. If it falls within your new plan’s range, you get one more rep. Otherwise, Tarvo recalculates the weight for the range. What happens after that is covered in Progression.
