What Tarvo does
- A target for every set, from your last performance, with a one-sentence reason.
- One question after the last set of an exercise that speeds up or slows down the next target.
- Plans three ways: your own, a starter plan, or one built by Tarvo.
- Training on Apple Watch, even without your iPhone nearby.
- Rest, next set and check-off on the Lock Screen, without unlocking.
- Personal bests the moment you check off the set.
- A light week as a suggestion when several exercises stall.
- Sets per muscle per week, strength trend per exercise.
What Tarvo deliberately doesn’t have
- No account and no feed. Tarvo isn’t a social network.
- No AI chat. Every target follows open rules you can read.
- No nutrition tracking and no video analysis of your form.
- No ads, and your data is never sold.
Where the targets come from
Every target follows a rulebook that’s open on this website: How Tarvo progresses. Where a number comes from research, the Learn pages cite the source; where it’s Tarvo’s own choice, they say so.
Who builds Tarvo
